Release Readiness Criteria

Video Workflow Requirement​

Before production sign-off for a module release, teams must provide a video demonstration of their workflow using the test build after QA testing is complete and the module is ready for release.

Requirements​

  • Video Format: The video should clearly demonstrate the complete workflow of your module
  • Test Build: The demonstration must use the test build specifically
  • Release Readiness: The video should be submitted after test build validation, when the module is being marked ready for production release

Submission Process​

When you are ready to mark your module ready for production release:

  1. Create a video demonstrating your module's workflow using the test build
  2. Upload the video to the release ticket that was opened for your module
  3. Include the video as part of your release readiness documentation

This video requirement ensures that all modules meet the necessary quality standards before production approval and release.
